We still remember the time when people didn’t know the difference between muscle and sports. The worst part is some people still don’t!
Either ways, everyone loves cars. Some, to admire and buy them because they look good and the others which know everything that’s under the hood. Like the crush-list, everyone has their own drive-me [crazy] list of cars.
1. Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 :
This is one of those cars where the manufacturers decide to go absolutely bonkers and construct a product that makes absolutely no sense for its existence. The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6X6 is just such a vehicle with six wheels, three axles, five differentials and a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 making 536 horsepower and 561 pound-feet of torque.
Is it good? It is your personal Mad Max.
Oh, btw. How many ever were manufactured, each of it been sold!
2. Gumpert Apollo :
This German beauty redefined the category of “Sports Cars” when it entered the market. Loaded with a V8 Twin Turbo with a growling 780 hp and a top speed of 360km/h, this one’s definitely a show stealer.
3. 2015 Nissan GTR – NISMO :
Everyone loves a Nissan & has wished to drive it since Tokyo Drift was released [although the one used there was a 2006 Nissan 350Z]. This is a much upgraded version of something which looks very similar. Coming with a 0-100 in 7.2/6.9 secs and a top speed of 193 mph, this beauty is loaded with 595 horses under its hood.
4. McLaren 650S Spider :
Being one of the most recent sensations, the 650S is still creating a much deserved hype for its fans. Geared with a 3.8L V8 and an insane 641 hp,this car may look small but can go 60mph in under three seconds and crack a 204mph top speed!
5. SSC Ultimate Aero XT :
Not a lot of you would have heard about this one but it sure needs to be one of the rides you NEED to be a fan of. This mean machine can sprint a 100 kmph in only 2.65 seconds. Now imagine THAT! This monster has a projected top speed of 273 mph, though it has only been tested up to just over 250 mph – HAH! “Just 250 mph”!
6. Hennessey Venom GT :
1,400-hp Hennessey Venom F5 guns for a 290-mph speed record last year. Packed with a 7L (!) V8, if you thought Bugatti was your poison, think again!
7. Koenigsegg Agera R
We will be honest with you, we never were big fan’s of the Agera. Although, after the Need For Speed movie, it got us curious if this car really deserved to be on such a huge brand name. After reading what this brand offered, we were amazed! APPARENTLY – it is loaded with a 5 litre twin-turbo V8 spitting out a 1140 of horse power and a brutal 885 llb of torque.
8. Chevrolet Corvette Z06 :
Now now now! We’ve always been great fan’s of the Corvette since the time we played NFS Most Wanted. 650 horsepower and offers a choice of two transmissions – a 7-speed manual or an 8-speed paddle-shift automatic sounds like a deal you’d want to crack on a race track!
9. Lamborghini Sesto Elemento :
We’ve all been gaga’s over the style of Lambo’s since the time we had Murciélago in existence. Let me tell you something, the styling of this vehicle for Lamborghini standards is sh*t! Although, if you look at it from a performance perspective, this the the baddest you can EVER get.
Loaded with the 5.2 litre V10 engine lent from its sister version of the Lamborghini Gallardo, producing 570 hp and 540 Nm of turning force, car goes from 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) in an astonishing 2.5 seconds, and new Lamborghini Sesto Elemento top speed is 219 mph!
10. Ferrari California T :
Powered by a 552-hp, 3.9-liter V-8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch auto, the T is plenty quick and agile! The 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 is entirely new, having been in development for four years. It produces 553bhp and 557lb ft of torque – but only in seventh gear.
11. Mercedes-AMG GT S
For the fans of R8 and 911, this one’s gonna make you change your mind. The GT S, with a new 503-hp 4.0-litre twin-turbo V-8 and a seven-speed automatic; expect a 0-60-mph time of about 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph!
If YOU had to live your life a quarter mile at a time, what would you drive?
